Big Bloody Mary Batch

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups V8 Juice
  • 4 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Vodka
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco or to taste

Salt rim with equal parts celery salt and salt. Garnish with your favorites

Apple Pie Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2¼ tsp Instant Active Dry Yeast
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Water
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • Apple Pie Filling:
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples, Chopped
  • 1½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • Coating:
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1½ tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions:

In a bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour, sugar, salt and instant yeast together.

Pour milk and water into a sauce pan and add in the butter. Heat until butter is almost melted.

Turn the heat off. Wait for one minute then add in the egg. Mix until fully combined.

Add in wet ingredients to dry ingredients and start mixing using the dough hook. Pause and scrape the sides, then mix again until a dough forms.

Turn the speed to medium low and knead for 7 minutes until the dough is soft.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl and cover. Let it rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Coat a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

Apple Pie Filling:

Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan, cook and stir constantly until the apples are semi-soft.

Coating:

Melt butter, set aside.

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl or a plate. Set aside.

Apple Pie Monkey Bread:

Take the dough after 10 minutes, divide it into 4 pieces and cut each piece into 10 pieces so you have 40 pieces. Roll each piece in melted butter and then in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Layer the prepares dough balls at the bottom of the bundt pan. Spread half of the apple pie filling on the dough balls. Top with another layer of dough balls and spread the remaining of the apple pie filling. Top with remaining dough balls.

Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes.

After 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 350F.

Once the monkey bread has risen for 45 minutes, place it in the hot oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until it’s golden and the toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Take the Apple Pie Monkey Bread out of the oven, let it sit for 5 minutes, then transfer it into a serving plate. Serve warm.
