Liscio-named for an Italian term meaning, “smooth”-is a professional combo from the Eau Claire area that performs “straight ahead jazz”; Latin and New Orleans style jazz, rhythm and blues; Delta blues; and vocal standards. The ensemble features seasoned, talented and gifted performers who play multiple instruments including saxophone, flugelhorn, trumpet, clarinet, trombone, keyboards, bass guitar, tuba, upright bass, jazz guitar, banjo, and drums. Liscio is Brad Stoughton (percussion and vocals), Dave Mueller (brass), Gordon Murphy (keyboards), Lyle Heck (saxophone and vocals), Ken Rogers (guitar, banjo and vocals), Roxanne Litchfield (vocals and percussion), and Steve Clay (upright bass, bass guitar, tuba, and vocals).
