The Eau Claire Regional Arts Council’s Visual Arts Committee Presents the 2014 Confluence of Art Biennial. This exhibit juried by UW-Stevens Point Professor of Art and award winning painter, Diane Canfield Bywaters, continues in success exhibiting talented regional artists as well as highlighting national artists.
