ECCT TO HOST STARQUEST 2015 FINALS Eau Claire, WI – Eighteen area youth will compete in the finals of the Eau Claire Children’s Theatre’s twelfth annual Starquest competition on Saturday, December 5, at 7:30 p.m., at The Oxford, 1814 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire.
