Look out Chippewa Falls because the Heyde Center is unleashing more new artists into the Chippewa Valley! The June 25 and July 16 kick off of our Paint-A-Palooza class was a HUGE success with people asking for more classes in July and August. The Heyde Center is partnering with the Valley Art Association to offer different types of classes for an art experience you will not forget. Come spend two hours trying your hand at acrylic or watercolor painting – or perhaps you’d like to try pastels or colored pencils. At the end of the night, you will have had a fun evening and you will go home with your own work of art! The Heyde Center strives to provide opportunities for community members to discover their creative side by trying different types of arts classes in a fun, non-threatening atmosphere. We are all creative in our own way and our art is equally valuable, regardless of whether we have a song in the “top ten music chart” or have our artwork hanging in a museum. Register early as class sizes are limited to 12 people! Payment must be made in advance and is not refundable; however, if someone is unable to attend the class he/she signed up for, he/she can choose a class on another date.
